It was a BUSY summer! Here is a re-cap on all of our activities…
July 5th – I literally don’t know how to describe such a wonderful daughter as Kaylee. She is one of the most thoughtful, giving, and passionate people I have met and I am HONORED that she is my daughter! Happy 18th Birthday, honey. I LOVE you!
Mama (and family)
4th of July pictures from our family get together. What a special day it was!
My Mom turned 70. 😊 We had fun celebrating her birthday on July 4th (which is her actual birthday) and then again we surprised her on Saturday with a surprise birthday party at a lovely, Italian restaurant. She was blessed and WE are blessed to call her “Mom”.
The ABOVE picture… My Mom and Dad (Tim & Pat Noyes with their 4 daughters (Lisa, Jill, Amy & Angie) plus a picture with our sweet husbands (Dennis, David, Kevin, Jordan).
Okay, so it is VERY difficult to grow a garden in WV and keep the critters OUT! So, I put up a fence, but those mama rabbits squeezed right through those holes (chicken wire is next!). We found this litter of baby rabbits RIGHT in the safety of our garden! Yikes! Aren’t they cute though?! (P.S. No worries. We left them and they grew up to be strong and healthy rabbits….with the help of our garden! LOL)
Our sweet, loving, kind, servant Tessie turned 12 years old on July 9th. We love her so much. Where we were in Pennsylvania, we found a “fun center” and did a ton of fun things with her….including go-carts. We love you, honey, and are SO honored that God gave you to us.
Love, Daddy and Mama (and siblings)
LOVE my garden. I even planted some flowers. 🌺🌿
What a BLESSING it has been to be with New Testament Baptist Church in Pennsylvania to provide the music for their God Bless America Revival! 😊💖 Words cannot even express how much we love these brothers and sisters in Christ! They spoil us every time we are here. 😉 They feed us SOOOOOO much good food and guess what, they even bought our ENTIRE family patriotic outfits to match their patriotic color scheme for the revival services! WOW! We always leave with our cups overflowing! **Check out all of our new outfits below… ❤💙❤💙 Also, the Millers brought us all out shopping and even took all of us girls to get our nails done. See cute, little Sofia getting her nails done….SO adorable! 😍 Thank you, everyone at New Testament Baptist Church. Words cannot express our deep gratitude! 😘🤗
Pastor and Mrs. Fleck, you are TRULY at the TOP of our list as some of our DEAREST friends on the face of this earth! 😊❤ Words cannot express how MUCH you (and your precious church family) mean to us! Many Hugs, The Rodrigues Family 🤗😍
Wow! What an HONOR it was to provide all the special music for this AMAZING God Bless America Revival! What GREAT men and women of God these people are and we are honored to know them! 😁 Pastor Jenkins and Dr. Woods did an amazing job (as always) preaching! We left refreshed spiritually. 😊❤
I LOVE these people! LOVED going out to eat with you, Mike and Marcy Warner!
Also, going to that art class with you, Marcy, to make chalk courtures was SO fun! I made mine about Plexus! Mike and Marcy, thank you also for all the great food last week! May God bless you for your generosity! -Jill and Family
Church we sang at in Pennsylvania. We are SO thankful to praise God upon our instruments…as the Bible tells us to do. God is worthy of ALL our adoration and praise! We were at camp meeting ALL that week at this same church.
Psalms 144:9
“I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.”
Can’t believe this little munchkin – Sofia – already turned 4 years old! I was big and pregnant with her when my sister – Amy Foster’s- accident happened. I was SO grateful that through the stress of that all, God protected her in my womb and gave us a healthy, spunky baby girl! Sofia’s full name is- Sofia Amy Julianne. Named after Amy and her grandma – Julianne Drake. 😊❤ We love you, sweetie, and had fun with you at Chuck E Cheese before the church service! Love, Daddy and Mama xoxo 😊❤
Look alikes.
What an INCREDIBLE week we had at Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford, PA. The people here are lovely and have treated us so kindly! Our children also LOVED the VBS that week! Farewell, dear friends. We LOVE you all! – The Rodrigues Family
What a SPECIAL day it was on Phillip’s birthday!. When our children turn 16 years old, they choose a special friend to go out with them to a really nice restaurant. 😊❤ Phillip turned 16 and chose his brother Samuel. They have always been close and when they were little, they heard my husband and I call each other “hon”, so they began to call EACH OTHER that. It was adorable! 😊😄 Now, they roll their eyes when we bring that back up. LOL. It was a LOVELY evening at Lexington Greens in Kentucky; sitting on the water; eating; fellowshipping; me blabbering and crying…telling Phillip how MUCH he means to me. Thanking him for his passionate love for God! He has memorized LOTS of chapters of the Bible and continues to memorize more. He LOVES God and walks very close to Him…striving to listen to the Holy Spirit continually in his life. He is a quiet, sober young man and we are thankful that whenever he opens up, it is almost ALWAYS about spiritual things. We LOVE you, Phillip! We are SO thankful that God blessed us with YOU 16 years ago! Our Love Forever, Dad and Mom and siblings too.
Psstt…aren’t these guys handsome? Of course, I am a prejudiced Mama. LOL. 😂🤣😁
Written by Phillip Rodrigues (16 yrs.) …..
“Oh how often doth this battle for righteousness rage before our very eyes as the devil and his demons seek to advance and destroy many strong holds of the the faith.
Sadly, there are several weak soldiers in this battle for righteousness. Their relationship with God is being attacked and they are being brutally defeated in many areas of their faith by the devil’s maneuvering tactics.
Although we can never lose our hope of an eternity in Heaven, we still can lose much when accepting the devil’s deceitful lies.
So, what can we do to prevent major loss or any further retreat? We must CLING to the Lord and rely on His strength to bring us through this spiritual warfare – looking to His Word for guidance. For, it is His graciousness and mercy which will help us to carry on.
-O-N-W-A-R-D is what our Lord doth cry!
-Keeping the flag of righteousness HIGH!
-So that many seeing that is waves so tall,
-May respond to the salvation call!
Therefore we should not live, in patterns of defeat (which is exactly what the devil desires), but in victorious designs of God. We should live in a mindset to win and not lose. Never accepting defeat, but always striving for victory.
‘Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.’ (Ephesians 6:11)
‘That by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to hold upon the hope set before us.’ (Hebrews 6:18)
Press on for Jesus in victory!” -Phillip Rodrigues
This is the group below (from our family) that went out on visitation one of the many days we went out. Our entire family has been going out all week and a total of 11 souls have been saved this week and approximately 1,600 flyers / Gospel tracts passed out here in Lexington, Kentucky!! Hallelujah! We are THRILLED! That is what it’s all about… being Fishers of Men with the Gospel!
What a blessing to be in Children’s Church with Fabian and Elizabeth Gaona. We LOVE this young couple that got married on Valentine’s Day of this year. Now they are expecting their first baby! They LOVE God and faithfully serve Him! We are honored to know them!
Palomar Baptist Church, thank you for everything! We love you all dearly! It was a GREAT Tent Revival! -The Rodrigues Family
After singing in church services for almost 3 weeks straight, we were thrilled that God provided for us to take the children to Coney Island in Ohio. They all had such a good time. These pics are only with the little ones though, because David and I were with them most of the day while the older children went off for a FUN day together. What a special, family day it was!
This little cutie’s story (all about Janessa’s brain) got published in this AMAZING book! It is in the beginning of chapter 2! Upwards of a MILLION copies are expected to sell and this book (written by Debi Pearl) is dynamic and something you don’t want to miss out on! It is riveting and powerful….teaching us all about the brain and its neuroplasticity. You can order your copy at- nogreaterjoy.org
I am literally IN LOVE with this little pumpkin! She is still nursing 4 times a day and when I gaze down at her, I can’t help but whisper, “thank you, Jesus!” Janessa- 17 months old.
It is hard to believe that to make these 7 canned jars of applesauce, it took about 150 apples! 😲😮
On August 17th, was my WONDERFUL Daddy’s 68th birthday! My Mom put on an AMAZING birthday party for him! Happy Birthday, Daddy. May God bless you with MANY more years ahead! -Jillie and Family
Our Family planned a FUN Home school, Fellowship Day! What a GRAND time we had! FOUR families were represented there and the fellowship was indeed sweet!
What a BLESSING it was to have Nathan here for a few days. We are SO blessed to have him in our lives! ❤ Nurie sure has been loving it! 😉
We cried saying goodbye to Nathan. He feels like one of our own. Nathan, we LOVE you…especially Nurie! 😉
BEFORE Kaylee, Renee and Samuel had their wisdom teeth removed. They were nervous!
The next day…. These 3 are recovering beautifully from their wisdom teeth removal…and yes, they each had all 4 teeth removed. We have tried to “pamper” them. They are troopers. We love you, Kaylee, Renee and Samuel. 💖💜💙
My older girls and I had a fun “girls” night out – grocery shopping and walking and exploring and enjoying eating at this Indian Cuisine Restaurant! Ymmm! Their food tasted SO nutritious! The girls said it reminded them of MY cooking. 💁♀️ I sure do LOVE these beautiful young ladies….inside and out! ❤
Face painting done at our church activity on a Saturday.
As I stared at the TV screen and saw the flooding overtake the small, humble homes in the Bahamas by Hurricane Dorian, my heart was heavy! These are people that have little and have poured their ALL into their simple abode. It left me reeling with the realization how MUCH I have to be grateful for! We have So much here in America!
You know, one of the SINFUL descriptions in the Bible of the “end times”, is unthankfulness. II Timothy 3:2 | “For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,”
We live in a world (especially America) where we have an attitude of entitlement…
*I DESERVE it!
*Lovers of our OWN selves rather than God.
*They have it, why shouldn’t I?!
*Selfish
*Envious
Now, according to America’s standards, our family’s income and status (based upon how many people are in our home) would be considered poor. However, we do NOT view it that way. We are RICH! Sometimes we look around at ALL we have and nod our heads in wonderment. HOW?! The answer…ONLY GOD!
*Plenty of food on the table
*Clothes on our backs
*Nice home
*3 vehicles
*MANY wants (not just needs) supplied
*Bills paid
*Good health
*Not to mention salvation and God’s MANY spiritual blessings upon our lives!
*…And the list goes on
You see, a spirit of contentment is ALL in our attitude! Do we covet over other’s things, or do we stand in AWE at what God has done for us? I used to feel so guilty for ALL I had…living here in America. It overwhelmed me, because I forced myself to research and be aware of the suffering around the world. 😢
However, as I stood at my kitchen sink one day, doing dishes, I gazed out the window and simply talked to God. He reminded me that to have a spirit of gratefulness was all He was looking for. When we have this attitude, it sets into motion a mindset of contentment and hospitality to share with others what we have. It causes us to beseech God in prayer on behalf of the suffering. It brings JOY in our hearts and creates an unselfish mindset.
To live like this is a decision.
*Put your blinders on to people that have MORE than you and put your glasses on to people that have LESS than you.*
This will help you NOT to covet, be unthankful, or live in a spirit of entitlement. We have MUCH! Thank you, Jesus!

ALL about Timothy…. (Psst, he is an OFFICIAL pilot now!!)
This is Timothy. Well yesterday there was an airshow (right at the airport I am learning to fly at) and it was so much fun. Here are some pictures. Also some pictures of me in the air on solo for the 3rd time. Hope you all have a blessed day.
Hey, FB friends, this is Timothy. I read this in a book this morning and wanted to share it.
An Urgent Message to Christians from the former persecuted Church in Russia!
“For 30 years we have suffered intense persecution, and now freedom is bringing another great harm to our churches. This damage is coming from the Christians in America who are sending rock music and evangelist accompanied by rock bands.
“Our young people to not attend these meetings because we have all committed not to participate and secular entertainment. This is a great burden on our hearts.
“Many come with Bible and hand and rock music. We are embarrassed by this image of Christianity. We do not know what words to use in urging that this be stopped. We abhor all Christian rock music coming from our country.
“Rock music has nothing in common with Ministry or service to God. We are very, very against Christian Americans bringing to our country this false image of ministry to God. We need spiritual bread – please give us true bread not false cakes. It is true that rock music attracts people to the church, but not the Godly living.
“We were in prison for 15 years and 11 years for Christ’s sake. We were not allowed to have Christian music, but rock music was used as a weapon against us day and night to destroy our souls. We could only resist with much prayer and fasting.
“Now we have a time of more openness, and we are no longer taken to prison. However, now it is Christians from America who damaged our souls. We do not allow this music in our church, but they rent big stadium and infect teenagers and adults with their rock music.
Wow! *Remembering the first time Timothy told David and I at 4 years old that he wanted to fly an airplane to deliver Bibles to people that didn’t have them to now! 😊✈ It is SO rewarding, watching Timothy continue to walk close with God, read his Bible, pray, stand strong, pray about a future GODLY mate, be faithful to church AND….fly! Wow! Timothy knew what he was called to do at 4 years old and he has never wavered on that. What a blessing to have front row seat to watch how God is going to use this FINE young man for his glory! We love you, Bud! (SEE VIDEO BELOW of Timothy Flying!)
EAA Airventure in OshKosh, Wisconsin was a HIGHLIGHT of Timothy’s Summer! 😊 He enjoyed the benefits with a VIP pass due to him being a licensed pilot! ❤ The “Meeting in the Air” meetings were also a blessing. (Terry Rushing). Timothy was BRAND new to that area and knew no one, so he was excited when our friends – the Duggar Family was there. He hung out with them and they showed him all around. The week was a blessing to Timothy. *Check out these neat pics below…
We wanted to make sure you saw the EXCITING announcement that Timothy David Rodrigues is now an OFFICIAL pilot! He worked LONG, HARD hours to make this happen! We are SO incredibly proud of him. He is now going to continue his schooling to include more advanced pilot training and Aviation Mechanics. He has 2 years of schooling left and we couldn’t be more pleased with him following God and His calling upon Timothy’s life!
Cheering You On, Bud! Love, Dad and Mom ❤💙 WE LOVE YOU!
That is it for now, folks. Until Next Time….Serving Jesus With Joy while looking for that blessed hope and glorious appearing of our GREAT God and Saviour Jesus Christ! -The Rodrigues Family
Psalm 68:19-21 KJV
[19] Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
[20] He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.
[21] But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.
