Where does time go?  Was it actually 16 years ago that I held my precious 1st baby newborn in my arms?  Yes, on April 19, 2015 – Nurie turned SWEET 16!  I can say the word “sweet” with full confidence for EVERYONE that meets her proclaims how sweet she is.  She always has a ready smile for everyone and obeys us with a cheerful, obedient attitude every time we ask!  The last 3 weeks she has been an awesome helper caring for 23 children and has done so with not ONE complaint from her lips.  Her pleasant attitude and close walk with God inspires me and leaves me in AWE that God has blessed us with such an amazing daughter!  I truly have NO greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth!  I love you, Nurie, and thank you, honey, for your testimony for Christ’s sake.

P.S.  We enjoyed a celebration at home with the 23 grandchildren and then David and I [along with my parents and one close friend that Nurie chose] had fun dressing up fancy [as opposed to the popular, worldly prom night] and taking them out to eat at a fancy restaurant.  We had a great time and Nurie looked BEAUTIFUL [inside & out……..smile].
